Terms and Conditions

1. Nature of Service

Tradestream is a software platform that helps users connect Telegram signal workflows with supported brokers (including Zerodha) and execute trade actions based on user-selected settings, permissions, and confirmations.

Tradestream is not a stock exchange, brokerage, portfolio manager, or investment recommendation provider. We do not provide guaranteed returns, profit assurance, or personalized investment advice.

2. Eligibility and Account Security

• You must provide accurate registration and account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and broker-linked access.
• Broker API keys, API secrets, access tokens, and similar integration credentials are stored in encrypted form at rest and are used only for authorized platform actions you enable.
• You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.
• You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspected security incidents.

3. Trading Risk and User Responsibility

• Markets involve risk, including loss of capital, slippage, and execution delays.
• You remain fully responsible for all orders placed via your connected broker account.
• Automation, semi-automation, approvals, and AMO behavior are platform features; final responsibility for trade decisions remains with you.
• You should independently verify symbols, quantities, stop-loss, targets, exchange, and order type before execution.

4. Plans, Usage Limits, and Subscription

Tradestream includes a limited free usage model and paid Pro plans.

• Free users can execute up to 10 trades total.
• After free limit is reached, Pro subscription is required for further execution.
• Pro Monthly: Rs. 199 for 30 days.
• Pro 6 Months: Rs. 999 for 180 days.
• Pro 12 Months: Rs. 1999 for 365 days.

Features, quotas, and plan details may evolve. Any pricing or plan updates apply prospectively.

5. Payments and Razorpay Processing

• Payments are processed through Razorpay and/or authorized third-party processors.
• Subscription activation occurs only after successful payment verification.
• We do not store full card details, UPI PINs, or payment instrument secrets.
• Payment failures, chargebacks, or reversals may suspend or revoke subscription access.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel renewal at any time from your account workflows where available.
• Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
• Cancellation usually applies at end of current paid period.
• If you believe a payment error occurred, contact support with payment reference details.

7. Acceptable Use

• No abuse, reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized automation against the platform.
• No fraudulent activity, evasion of plan limits, or circumvention of security controls.
• No use of platform for unlawful activity or violation of exchange/regulatory requirements.
• No interference with service reliability, network stability, or other users.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, fraud, policy breaches, security threats, payment non-compliance, or legal/regulatory necessity.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or latency-free operations, and do not guarantee profitability or execution outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradestream and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including trading losses, missed opportunities, data loss, broker/network outages, or third-party integration failures.

11. Policy Updates

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
